  • Circa is a private psychotherapy practice based in Melbourne, Australia that offers both online and in-person therapy sessions with PACFA certified practitioners. The name stems from ‘circadian’ – the physical, mental, and behavioural changes we experience.

  • Simply put, psychotherapies are thinking tools that can help us regulate our emotions and enhance the relationship we have with ourselves, with others and with the world. Psychotherapy aims to understand the deepest levels of our psyche to develop a more cohesive organisation of mind.

    Integrative psychotherapy is the gold standard of therapies as it does not ascribe to a one-size-fits-all model of treatment, but rather, uses theory, practice and application from an array of different models.
