About your therapy.

The process.

In the safe, collaborative and non-judgemental environment of therapy, what you are experiencing will be respected and sought to be understood. By gaining a new understanding of your patterns of behaviour, practices and goals, therapy can help and direct our innate capability to change.

Therapy is about exploring your own mind. The alliance created between therapist and client provides a vehicle for clients learn new ways of coping and improving relationships, both with themselves, with others and with the world. Therapy is less about solving problems and more about helping patients become better problem solvers.

Psychotherapy is generally considered longer form therapy (minimum of 6 months weekly sessions), while short term sessions are generally a minimum of 10 session.

Therapy allows us to unpack, understand, and re-author, our story.
