Our approach to your therapy.
The process of therapy.
Therapy at Circa takes place in a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental environment—one where your experiences are treated with respect and curiosity, not assumption. Together, we seek to understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
At its core, therapy is an exploration of the mind. Through the therapeutic relationship, clients are supported in learning new ways of coping, relating, and responding. It’s less about “fixing” problems and more about helping you become a better problem solver—more self-aware, more equipped, and more compassionate with yourself.
Psychotherapy is generally longer-term work (typically a minimum of six months of weekly sessions), offering time and space to go deeper. Short-term therapy, often structured around a specific focus, usually involves a minimum of ten sessions.
Ultimately, therapy invites us to unpack, understand, and re-author the story we’ve been living—so we can move forward with greater clarity, integrity, and freedom.
